Teacher Evaluation Assessment
Supplement and substantiate subjective reviews and in-class observations. This assessment provides the teacher with a detailed review showing ratings of their instruction techniques, classroom management and course instruction.

An administrative report enables those conducting a performance evaluation to objectively understand each teacher’s skills, strengths, and helps guide in the development of a personal improvement plan.

The surveys are conducted anonymously on paper by students (typically HS and/or MS) during each period of the school day. Approximately 2-dozen questions are asked that focus on the course, classroom environment, and teacher. The HOS/Principal receives a comprehensive administrative report showing period by period comparisons per teacher, bringing greater clarity to mission accomplishment, teacher growth, areas in need of improvement, and sure-fire strengths of the teacher!
