Teacher Evaluation Assessment
Supplement and substantiate subjective reviews and in-class observations. This assessment provides the teacher with a detailed review showing ratings of their instruction technique, classroom management, and course instruction, designed to give them encouragement in their ministry. This is a great way to enhance subjective reviews and in-class observations by lead teachers and principals.
- Conducted anonymously by students (High School, and, if desired, Middle School) after hours at home (we have incentive ideas to see this accomplished by all!).
- Direct worksheet-driven feedback to teachers through their principal or lead teacher.
- The confidential teacher report compares ratings to all other teachers & ratings compared by class period.
An administrative report enables those conducting a performance evaluation to objectively understand each teacher’s skills, strengths, and helps guide in the development of a personal improvement plan.
Participants: Students (6-12th) | after-hours via email (students must have valid email address)
Best Used: Mar-April, 1-2 x/year
Approximately 2-dozen questions are asked that focus on the course, classroom environment, and teacher. The HOS/Principal receives a comprehensive administrative report showing period by period comparisons per teacher, bringing greater clarity to mission accomplishment, teacher growth, areas in need of improvement, and sure-fire strengths of the teacher!
