03 / Development & Testing
Your survey is programmed, tested, and quality checked. Participation links, demographic
structures, reporting parameters, and communication materials are finalized and reviewed. Multiple validation checks help ensure a smooth and successful survey launch.
02 / Set-up
Your survey content is reviewed and finalized. SchoolRight customizes the survey to reflect your
school's structure, divisions, participant groups, colors and logo. Survey settings, communication
details, and any approved custom questions are finalized to ensure the survey is ready for
deployment.
04 / Launch & Administration
The survey is securely launched to your school community. SchoolRight monitors participation, provides ongoing support, and assists with reminder communications throughout the survey window. Our team remains available to help ensure a smooth and successful survey experience.
05 / Analysis & Reporting
Once your survey closes, responses are analyzed and compiled into a comprehensive reporting package. Schools receive detailed statistical reports, an Executive Summary, open-ended response analysis, and key insights designed to support meaningful discussion and informed decision- making.
06 / Review & Insights
Schools receive a recorded video review that highlights key findings, trends, strengths, areas for attention, and leadership considerations. Reports and insights are delivered in a format designed to support meaningful discussion, strategic planning, and future growth.
